Party Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Present products and female sexuality workshop to clients at their home parties.
• Take orders and ship products to clients.
• Obtain new clients from leads, party guests, and self-promotion

Position Requirements:

• Comfort with public speaking, particularly about sexuality
• This position requires travel (in your vehicle) to client's homes.
• This is a  Pay for your Performance/commission postion, at 40% of sales plus bonuses.
• Purchase of a demo kit to present to clients is required.

Field Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new qualified Feminique Boutique Consultants
• Manage and meet with Consultants weekly over the phone to ensure thier success
• Oversee Consultant performance and productivity  

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience with sales and managing a sales team a must
• Comfort with public speaking, particularly about sexuality
• This position requires travel (in your vehicle) to consultants. We try to keep you within an hour to an hour and a half from home.
• This is 100% Pay for your Performance/commission.
